Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill Forum

State Member for Wallsend, Ms Sonia Hornery MP, will today host a community forum on the Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill.

This will be an opportunity for interested local residents to be directly consulted on the Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill 2017 (NSW), which was released publicly in May, and formally introduced in the Parliament in September.

The event will be attended by the Hon Lynda Voltz MLC, Shadow Minister for Sport and Veterans’ Affairs, and Member of the NSW Parliamentary Working Group on Assisted Dying.

The community information session will be held at the Fletcher Community Centre, 55 Kurraka Drive, Fletcher, on Tuesday 24 October, from 11am-1pm.
