State Member for Wallsend, Ms Sonia Hornery MP, has thanked the Wallsend electorate for their incredible generosity shown towards the Fill A Truck For Farmers collection.
Ms Hornery’s electorate office was a main collection point for the charity event on Sunday.
Over the course of 10 days, the office received over five tonnes of non-perishable items, $1080 in cash and $1400 in pre-paid gift cards.
